The professional standard that sets REALTORS® apart from other real estate practitioners is their acceptance and adherence to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics. Gaston Association of REALTORS® is responsible for making sure our REALTOR® members are abiding by the Code of Ethics. We have adopted a dispute resolution process in accordance with the National Association of REALTORS® and the North Carolina Association of REALTORS®. This process helps settle differences through the ombudsman program, mediation and in some arbitration situations.
Please review the Code of Ethics and determine which Article you believe the REALTOR® to have violated.
The GAR Board of Directors has approved a Citation Policy regarding Article 12 of the Code of Ethics
